Michele joined the IPI in July 2005 as the Pharmaceutical Innovation Centre of Industrial Collaboration Project Officer. Her role is to manage collaborative projects and ensure that they are delivered to our clients on time and budget.

Michele has worked in the academic, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries and as a result developed diverse skills. She has a wide experience in non-routine analysis, analytical method development and product formulation.

She gained her PhD at the University of Bradford.
