The IPI Paediatric Medicines Initiative was televised on BBC Look North on Tuesday 27th October. Ms Shital Maru and Dr. Riddhi Shukla described the issues with current HIV medicines and how they were not suitable to meet the needs of children.

Ms Maru described how she was working on a project to reformulate HIV medicines to make them child friendly and how funds were urgently required in order to carry on this research work.
