Wednesday 23rd November, 2005 Forging links with New Zealand

At the recent Bio-Europe conference in Dresden (7-9 November), Dr Kevin Adams and Dr Samantha Patterson met up with New Zealand Enterprise to discuss potential collaborations with New Zealand based life science companies. One of the specific interests for New Zealand companies is how they can establish a European presence and gain access to the European market place.

Coincidentally, the IPI hosted a visit by Dr Diana Twigg who provides strategic advise for New Zealand companies based at the Smales Farm Technology Park near Auckland. Dr Twigg was also particularly interested in exploring the opportunities for NZ companies to work with the IPI, particularly through the business incubation unit.
