Introduction

Our aim is to provide business incubation facilities and a support infrastructure for start-up companies to enable the commercialisation of bioscience innovation.

The Bioscience Business Incubator offers physical or virtual space to emerging companies with additional access to:

  • The high-value capital equipment of the University Analytical Centre and Institutes of Cancer Therapeutics and Pharmaceutical Innovation
  • The scientific expertise of the two Institutes, the Analytical Centre and other highly rated University research groups
  • Support from the School of life Sciences commercial and project delivery teams
  • High quality conference and meeting room facilities
  • The wider pharmaceutical and health care markets by leveraging the strong links already forged by the IPI
  • Attractive start-up support funding packages, exclusive to clients of the IPI and ICT
  • Business analysis and mentoring expertise from the highly successful University of Bradford commercialisation team and an extensive network of successful businesses and individuals
