Incubator Accommodation

Currently the incubator facility has eight laboratory-with-office suites and a further two multi-purpose rooms that can be equipped for either purpose. These facilities are split between the Institue of Cancer Therapeutics and the adjacent Norcroft Building. The two buildings are physically linked by a new conference facility, housing a 250 seat auditorium, meeting and exhibition rooms.

In addition ‘hot desk’ facilities and virtual business are catered for.

Laboratories

Turnkey laboratory suites are all supplied with:-

  • Benching and storage space
  • IT cabling, internet access
  • Multiple phone connections
  • Sinks for lab work and hand washing
  • Full service support
  • Access to secondary support labs in the IPI and University infrastructure

    Access to an extensive range of laboratory equipment is available at competitive rates. Alternatively we can help with equipment sourcing and purchase.

    Offices

    Advanced climate control, fully carpeted and cabled to support all needs for telephone and computer services.
